Let's be honest: the restaurant business is one of the most beautiful, and at the same time one of the most conservative, industries in the world. We design stunning interiors and source ingredients from local suppliers, but when the moment to order arrives, the guest often runs into invisible barriers.

At iTasty, we've set ourselves 4 simple principles that our entire ecosystem is built around:

Dining without barriers: why we believe food should bring people together, not complicate their lives
  1. Less paper – more life. Honestly, we don't get why, in 2026, anyone would still print hundreds of paper menus every time the season or prices change. It's expensive for the restaurant and destructive for the planet. Going digital is our contribution to a greener future.
  2. Right where your guest is looking. Today's customer discovers the city through a smartphone screen. We want the journey from the street to your table to be as simple as a single tap.
  3. Accessible to everyone. True inclusivity is when a visually impaired person can read the menu without any trouble. We've built our service to meet digital accessibility standards, because we believe absolutely everyone has the right to a great dinner.
  4. Safety and health. Older guests, vegans, people with allergies – our AI-powered menu breaks down every dish into its components in seconds. No stress and no uncertainty at the table.

iTasty wasn't created to replace people with robots. Quite the opposite. When technology takes over the mechanical routine – handing out menus, splitting the bill, translating the card – the server finally gains the time to smile at a guest, ask how they're doing, and create that real magic of hospitality.

On this blog we'll share the behind-the-scenes of building our product, stories of restaurants that took the leap with us, and insider takes on where food-tech is headed. Are you in? :)
